I.    Paul G. Kay

Paul Kay was born in McKeesport, Pennsylvania on May 29, 1963. He is currently a resident of Whitehall, Pennsylvania. He was admitted to the bar of Pennsylvania in 1988. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, cum laude, in 1985 and received his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1988. While attending the University of Pittsburgh, he served as a research assistant to Criminal Law Professor, Welsh White, and after graduation has served as a practicum teacher for Advanced Criminal Procedure at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Paul's area of practice is focused on criminal defense and personal injury.

II.    Charles A. Merchant

Chuck Merchant was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on November 16, 1960. He currently resides in Upper St. Clair, Pennsylvania. He was admitted to the Bar of Pennsylvania in 1988. Chuck graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1983 and worked at Price Waterhouse as a staff accountant prior to law school. In 1988, he graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, cum laude. During Law School he served as an Associate Editor of the "Journal of Law and Commerce". Chuck is currently an Arbitrator and member of the Construction Industry Division of the American Arbitration Association. He is also a member of the Construction Industry Forum of the American Bar Association and a member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. Chuck's practice focuses on construction law, business litigation, personal injury, and estate planning and administration.

III.    William J. Moorhead, Jr.

Bill Moorhead was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on August 4, 1961. He currently resides in Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania. He was admitted to the Bar of Pennsylvania in 1988. Bill graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 1984 and from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1988. In addition to admission to the State Courts of Pennsylvania, Bill has been admitted to the United District Court, for the Eastern District of Michigan and the United States Court of Appeals, Third Circuit. Bill's practice is focused in the areas of business litigation, construction law and family law.
